- what is the present urbanization (est 67% at end of 2023) 
- how much vacant housing is there? (est 7% urbanization rate) 
- what is the rate of housing construction (1.5% urbanization per year) 
- how many years of housing construction left (my guess is 4 years) 
- how much of the GDP depends on housing construction? (25% GDP) 
- what happens to the Communist Chinese economy when 25% GDP disappears
